Go to the actor you want to monitor. Create a new webhook and set Event Types as RUN FAILED. 3. Set this as a URL: https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/lukaskrivka~resurrect-on-out-of-memory/runs?token=YOUR_TOKEN (replace YOUR_TOKEN with your real API token that you can find in you Integrations tab) 4.
