Overview

This actor takes TikTok video URLs as input, downloads the MP4 files, and returns structured data about each video, including statistics, creator info, and descriptions. It only works with publicly accessible content.

How to Use

1. Input: In the actor input, paste one or more TikTok video URLs, one per line. Both full URLs (https://www.tiktok.com/@username/video/123456789) and short links (vt.tiktok.com/ZSxxxxx) are accepted.
2. Run: Start the actor. Processing time depends on video size and server load.
3. Output: Retrieve your results from two places in the run console:
   • Dataset Tab: Contains all extracted video metadata, exportable as JSON, CSV, or Excel.
   • Key-Value Store Tab: Contains the downloadable .mp4 video files, named like video_[ID].mp4.

Tips & Troubleshooting

• Test first with 1-2 URLs.
• If a download fails, verify the video is public and accessible in a browser without login. Check the Log tab for errors.
• Video files are stored in the Key-Value Store.
