ADP Jobs API Actor

Scrapes and enriches job listings from career sites using the ADP ATS platform. Provides a reliable API to access a continuously updated database of jobs, enriched with AI and LinkedIn data.

Overview

This actor accesses a pre-scraped database of job listings from thousands of company career sites using the ADP applicant tracking system (ATS). It's designed for backfilling job boards with high-quality data. Instead of running a live scraper for each request, you query our centralized database which is updated every 30 minutes. Jobs are kept for six months, with expired listings purged daily. The default limit is 5,000 jobs per run; contact us for higher limits.

Key Features

• Pre-Scraped Database: Jobs are scraped continuously in the background and added to the database twice per hour after enrichment.
• Data Enrichment:
  • AI-Powered Detail Extraction (BETA): An LLM extracts key details (like salary, experience level) from job descriptions. Covers >99.9% of jobs. Accuracy may vary.
  • LinkedIn Company Mapping (BETA): Maps jobs to LinkedIn company profiles, adding data like employee count and industry. ~99% accuracy, covers >95% of jobs.
  • Domain Derivation: Identifies the company's domain/homepage with ~98% accuracy when not provided by the ATS.
• Data Hygiene:
  • Jobs from the last 6 months only.
  • Daily removal of expired jobs.
  • Unique jobs based on URL (note: some company-created duplicates may exist for multiple locations).
• Change Detection (In Development): Systems are being built to identify modified jobs. For some ATS, changed jobs are flagged via date_modified and modified_fields fields.

How to Use

Run the actor on Apify with your desired search parameters (location, keywords, etc.). It will return a dataset of matching job listings.

* Enriched fields: AI-extracted details, LinkedIn company data, derived company domain.

FAQ

Is this a live scraper?
No. It queries our backend database which is populated by our continuous scraping infrastructure. This is more reliable and allows for pre-enrichment.

Can I retrieve only new jobs?
Use our Career Site Job Listing API for that functionality.

Can I see a job count before running?
Not currently. Test with the free plan or create an issue with your parameters for assistance.
