Overview

Smart Dubber is an Apify Actor that uses ElevenLabs AI to dub public audio or video files into 29 different languages. It processes media from a URL and outputs high-quality, watermark-free files in formats like MP4, WAV, AAC, or MP3. The actor operates on a pay-per-event basis, so you're only charged for the seconds of audio dubbed per language.

How to Use

1. Configure Input: Provide the media URL, select one or more target languages, and choose an output format.

• mediaUrl (Required): A public HTTPS link, Google Drive share link, or a KV-Store record URL (e.g., https://api.apify.com/v2/key-value-stores/...).
• targetLanguages (Required): An array of ISO language codes from the supported list.
• outputFormat (Required): The output file format. Use "AAC", "WAV", or "MP3" for audio, and "MP4" for video.

Results are stored in the Actor's Dataset. Each record includes:

Limitations

• Maximum Output Length: Each dubbed file is limited to 30 minutes (1,800 seconds) per language.
• Source File Size: Media files larger than approximately 2GB may fail to process.
• Closed Source: The actor's codebase is proprietary; redistribution or forking is not permitted.
