Instagram Hashtag Post Scraper

An Apify actor that scrapes Instagram posts by hashtag, extracting detailed post and user information. It uses a cookie-based method to access data.

This tool searches for public Instagram posts associated with a specific hashtag. You provide a hashtag and a valid Instagram session cookie, and it returns a dataset containing all found posts with their metadata.

How to Use

1. Get an Instagram Cookie: You must provide a valid session cookie.
   • Install the Chrome extension "Export cookie JSON file for Puppeteer".
   • Log into Instagram in your Chrome browser.
   • Open the extension, click "Export cookies as JSON", and copy the cookie string from the downloaded file.

2. Configure the Actor:
   • Instagram Cookie: Paste the copied cookie string here.
   • Instagram Hash Tag: Enter the hashtag to search for (e.g., bot).
3. Click Save and Start to run the scraper.

* hashtag: The target hashtag (without the # symbol).

Output:
