An Apify actor that scrapes all reviews for a given company from Trustpilot, sorted by most recent.

Overview

This actor takes a company's website URL (e.g., www.expensify.com) and returns its Trustpilot reviews. For higher limits, parallel processing, and advanced filters (language, search terms, replies), use canadesk/trustpilot-plus.

Key Features

• Two Processing Methods:
  • API: Slower but less costly.
  • Cheerio: Faster but requires a minimum of 2GB memory and is more expensive.
• Sorted Output: Reviews are returned sorted by recency.
• Multi-Region Support: Works with Trustpilot sites in the USA, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.

Limitations

• The "Date posted" filter only works with the API process.
• The frontend limits results to 100 pages of reviews. Use canadesk/trustpilot-plus to bypass this.
• Ensure your input URL uses a format Trustpilot recognizes (sometimes requiring www).

How to Use

1. Input: Enter the company's website URL (not its Trustpilot page link).
2. Configure: Set the maximum number of reviews to fetch.
3. Run: Start the actor.
