Scrapes residential property listings from Realtor.com for the United States. It returns raw, structured data sorted by date in descending order, suitable for real estate data aggregation and lead generation.

How to Use

Configure the actor with an input object. The run will scrape Realtor.com based on your parameters and return the results as a dataset of JSON items.

• city & coordinates: Primary search location. Use one.
• bathrooms / bedrooms: Minimum requirements (e.g., "2+").
• pricemin: Minimum list price.
• days: Max age of listing (in days).
• zoom: Map zoom level for coordinate-based searches (1-20).
• delay: Delay between page requests (in seconds).

Output

The actor outputs a dataset where each item is a detailed JSON object for a single property. Key fields include property_id, list_price, status, description (with beds, baths, sqft, etc.), location (address and coordinates), and primary_photo.

Limitations & Notes

1. Only supports residential properties listed "for sale".
2. Returns a maximum of 600 results per actor run.
3. For consistent results, using fixed coordinates is recommended over the city name.
4. Always use a proxy for production runs to ensure reliability and avoid blocks.
