Scrapes real estate listings from Sreality.cz and calculates comprehensive statistics for apartments, houses, and lands.

Overview

This actor fetches property ads from Sreality based on your selected location and type filters. It processes all matching offers to generate aggregated statistics like average/median prices, price per m², and distribution metrics (standard deviation, variance, skewness, kurtosis). It's efficient, running with only 128MB of memory.

Key Features

• Bilingual Output: Output labels can be in English or Czech (LANGUAGE_CZ).
• Dataset Export: Can export the full scraped dataset to a named key-value store.

How to Use
