Scrapes property listings from Rightmove.co.uk, extracting detailed data for sales or rentals. Supports two input modes for flexibility.

This actor extracts structured property data from Rightmove search results. It returns details like pricing, location, features, agent info, and images. Data can be exported as JSON, CSV, Excel, or XML.

How to Use

Choose one of two methods:

Option 1: URL Mode (Recommended)

1. Perform a search on Rightmove.co.uk.
2. Copy the full URL from your browser's address bar.
3. Paste it into the actor's url input field.
4. Set maxResults and run.

Option 2: Manual Mode

Set inputMode to "manual" and configure the search parameters directly (see Input Parameters below).

• Basic Info: propertyId, displayAddress, propertyType, bedrooms, bathrooms.
• Pricing: price (numeric), priceFormatted (string), price qualifiers.
• Location: latitude and longitude coordinates.
• Features: keyFeatures (array), property summary, tenure type.
• Media: images (URL array), counts of floorplans and virtual tours.
• Agent: Agent name, phone, branch ID.
• Metadata: Listing date, premium/featured status, property URL.
